We manufacture fully wiping (self cleaning) Twin Screw Compounding Elements using high technology CAD/CAM facilities. Element designs are created from basic compounding machine parameters such as barrel-diameter, center distance and constant clearance and are completely interchangeable. Over the years, STEER has steadily expanded its monthly production capacity to the present capability of 5000 elements, besides other components like shafts, barrels, liners and co-rotating twin-screw extruders.

We manufacture and supply Heart Valve Frames to TTK Pharma. These precision frames are used in the indigenously developed Chitra heart valve. The artificial valve is used in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease.
